The Assessment and Intervention Center is a City of Indianapolis Office of Public Health and Safety program to provide assessment and linkage to mental health and substance use treatment.

The age populations we serve are: Adults
Unfortunately we are not able to serve: Parent with Accompanying Child(ren); Individuals with Certain Medical Conditions; Other-Pregnant women who need withdrawal management are not appropriate (require acute services); Acute and chronic medical conditions that require hospitalization or skilled nursing cannot be addressed at the AIC. In addition individuals with acute mental health symptoms requiring psychiatric hospitalization are not appropriate at the AIC.
