Unfortunately we are not able to serve: Other – Crisis Assessments Provided; however, the Community Mental Health Center excludes Primary Diagnosis of: Eating Disorder, Developmental/Intellectual Disability, Gambling Addiction, TBI, Sexual Maladaptive Behavior, Neurocognitive Disorder
