Unfortunately we are not able to serve: Parent with Accompanying Child(ren); Violent Offenders; Individuals with Certain Medical Conditions. If Parents are seeking individual therapy and are discussing sensitive topics their children should not be in the room for, they would need another adult to help watch their child (ren) as they would not be able to leave their child (ren) unattended in the waiting room nor have them in the therapy room. Hopefully we could work with the parent to overcome a barrier of child care. In regards to certain medical conditions, we are not equipped to treat certain diagnoses that might be better treated with ABA therapy for example. Each consumer would be assessed on a case by case basis to make sure our treatment would be appropriate.

Mental Health and Restorative Justice Practices. Our mission is to provide equitable access for families in need of mental health series in a stigma-free environment. Reach For Youth is a non-profit organization that provides mental health and prevention services to youth ages 7 to 18 and their families to engage youth and their parents in promoting self-understanding, self-worth, a sense of belonging and resiliency. Youth and families overcome issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders with support from licensed clinical staff and a psychiatrist.

Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center, Indiana’s first community mental health center, provides comprehensive care for all types of emotional and behavioral problems, including severe mental illness and substance abuse. Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center offers both inpatient and outpatient services in multiple locations throughout the city. Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center’s primary mission is to serve individuals with serious mental illness and chronic addiction and seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families. Patients of all ages are welcomed, from children to seniors, with a philosophy of care that stresses strength-based and family- and community-centered treatment utilizing the Recovery Model of treatment. Utilizing best practices resulting from ongoing research and medical advancements, care decisions are team-based and emphasize family and client participation. All clients are treated with dignity, confidentiality and respect. Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center provides mental health and addiction services at multiple locations.
