The goal of the Indiana NeuroResource Facilitation program is to provide information and support to Hoosiers who have experienced brain injury.
NeuroResource Facilitation staff provide referrals, resources, guidance, navigation, advocacy, and more to individuals with acquired brain injury, as well as family members/supporters of individuals with acquired brain injury.
In addition to working directly with people with brain injury and their support, the Indiana NeuroResource Facilitation program also provides education and guidance to medical and service providers in the community. NeuroResource Facilitators are available to provide information and education about brain injury-specific decision-making, best practices, and continuum of care planning.
