Parkdale Center offers dual diagnosis treatment through Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, Virtual Outpatient/Aftercare Programs, and Career Restoration Consulting. We offer housing through our Structured Living Home for PHP and IOP to local patients who would like the option of residing on-site and for out-of-town patients who need to reside on-site. We also offer mental health counseling independent of our other programs. We do not offer Detox services.

We work with the professionals in our programs over the long term to help them manage the retention or reinstatement of their professional licenses., Dual Diagnosis Primary Mental Health, Dual Diagnosis Primary Substance Use, Intensive Outpatient Services (ASAM 2.1), Partial Hospitalization (ASAM 2.5)
We offer the following services: Access to Telehealth Services. Our program is designed to help professionals for whom substance use not only affects them personally, but also may result in the loss of their professional job, licenses, and/or legal ramifications. For many of our patient population, substance use on the job presents a material threat to themselves and others., Family Support Groups, Intensive Outpatient Program, Medication Assisted Addiction Treatment (MAT), Medication Management, On-site Support Groups, Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Peer Recovery Support Services, Recovery Management/Follow-up

The age populations we serve are: Adults
Unfortunately we are not able to serve: Parent with Accompanying Child(ren); Sex Offenders; Violent Offenders. Our historic facility features multiple staircases, and is not fitted for wheelchairs. Patients must be ambulatory. We also do not treat minors.

We do not offer childcare at our location.
