Special Intake Instructions: If a potential client has used drugs or alcohol in the past 72 hours, they will be directed to our Withdrawal Management unit (317-224-0623/317-224-0622/317-224-0621. If a client has not used in the past 72 hours, they will be directed to Leslie Bates to schedule an assessment (317-224-0978).
Also, intakes are scheduled for Withdrawal Management Monday-Sunday from 9:00 am-10:00 am-1:00 pm-2:00 pm, and 5:00 pm-8:00 pm.
We are handicap accessible.
We do not admit clients that need to use oxygen, dialysis or cannot provide their own care.

Our primary service(s): Outpatient Services (ASAM 1.0), Intensive Outpatient Services (ASAM 2.1), Clinically Managed Low Intensity Residential (3.1), Clinically Managed High Intensity Residential (ASAM 3.5)
We offer the following services: Acute SUD Inpatient – Adult, Outpatient, Detoxification, Inpatient Acute Stabilization, Intensive Outpatient Program, Naloxone Training, On-site Support Groups, Faith Based Support, Recovery Management/Follow-up, Pregnant Patients Acute Inpatient, Pregnant Patients Detoxification, Pregnant Patients Intensive Outpatient, Trauma Informed Services

The age populations we serve are: Adults, Seniors
Unfortunately we are not able to serve: Parent with Accompanying Child(ren), Sex Offenders, Individuals with Certain Medical Conditions (Someone who cannot care for themselves. English is not their primary language, someone on oxygen, severe mental health issues, and someone that need dialysis.)
The payment types we accept are: Self pay, Medicaid, Partial Payments, Sliding Scale Available (if uninsured), Charity Care (e.g. scholarships, donations, etc.), No Cost, HIP – Anthem, HIP – CareSource, HIP – MDwise, HIP – MHS
We do not offer childcare at our location.
