Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center at Eskenazi Health Thomas & Arlene Grande Campus serves individuals ages 6 and up who are experiencing any mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders that are impacting their daily lives. After an intake assessment, a multi-disciplinary team provides weekly individual and/or group therapy; coaching around activities of daily living; linkage to community resources; peer support; evaluation for medication for mental health symptoms and ongoing medication management; and nursing support with vitals, labs and medication management.
