Community Harmony Project: We are focused on teaching the community vital skills in conflict resolution, good decision-making, and how to handle police interactions. By offering training sessions and educational outreach, they aim to foster safer, more cohesive neighborhoods.

The Black O.P.S. Support Network was founded in 2023 by Quinton Ballew Jr., a retired Sheriff Deputy with 22 years of experience in law enforcement. The organization was created in response to the urgent need to support ex-offenders in their transition back into society. By leveraging community resources and fostering collaborations with key service providers, Black O.P.S. delivers individualized advocacy and support to those re-entering society, helping them build a stable and successful future.
