Services Description: The Black O.P.S. Support Network was founded in 2023 by Quinton Ballew Jr., a retired Sheriff Deputy with 22 years of experience in law enforcement. The organization was created in response to the urgent need to support ex-offenders in their transition back into society. By leveraging community resources and fostering collaborations with key service providers, Black O.P.S. delivers individualized advocacy and support to those re-entering society, helping them build a stable and successful future.
