Services Description: Enhanced case management services and care coordination services for pregnant and postpartum Medicaid members and their infants impacted by SUD. This program is made possible entirely through federal grant funds including the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Pregnant and Postpartum Women with SUD Pilot and Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHA) State Opioid Settlement Funds. Services are available statewide.
