Special Intake Instructions: If a potential client has used drugs or alcohol in the past 72 hours, they will be directed to our Withdrawal Management unit (317-224-0623/317-224-0622/317-224-0621. If a client has not used in the past 72 hours, they will be directed to Leslie Bates to schedule an assessment (317-224-0978). Also, intakes are scheduled for Withdrawal Management Monday-Sunday from 9:00 am-10:00 am-1:00 pm-2:00 pm, and 5:00 pm-8:00 pm.
