Special Intake Instructions: All Syringe Exchange hours are walk-in. Participants do not need to bring anything with them for their intake/first visit. We are handicap accessible. Our Syringe Exchange operates out of Aspire Indiana Health's building located at 2506 Willowbrook Parkway (just south of the Step-Up, Inc. office). Enter through their front door and follow the signage in the hallway to find the syringe exchange. All non-syringe harm reduction distribution can be accessed by checking in at the front desk at the Step-Up, Inc. office building.
