Services Description: Our hospital provides inpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs for adolescents and adults for concerns such as schizophrenia, mania, psychosis, suicide attempts or thoughts, self-harming behavior, anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, etc. Strive Day School for adolescents 13 to 17 who may need the addition of a school program while in our Intensive Outpatient Program. Strive Day School operates year-round and offers 3 hours of classroom education, 3 hours of Intensive Outpatient Programming, and additional recreational therapies such as art, music, pet, and health and nutrition.

Services Description: The Indiana Consultations for Healthcare Providers in Addiction, Mental Health, and Perinatal Psychiatry (CHAMP) is a free statewide psychiatry access program for all health care providers who see adult patients (18+). CHAMP offers provider-to-provider phone consultations, referral service, and educational opportunities. Providers can call the CHAMP consultation line 317-274-2400 Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST to connect with a psychiatrist within 30 minutes. The program is intended for use by any health care provider in Indiana to speak with a psychiatrist regarding questions about a patient's medication management, diagnosis clarification, resource allocation, and any other concerns.
