Services Description: Oxford Houses are single family homes for individuals in recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction. Individuals in recovery can live in an Oxford House as long as they stay drug and alcohol free and pay an equal amount of the household expenses. The homes are self-run and utilize rented, nice, single-family houses keeping expansion costs low. Houses are available to men, women, women with children and men with children. Today, there are more than 3200 Oxford Houses throughout the United States and in several other countries.

Services Description: Through the RRC, PACE provides a pathway to positive, productive living most often against daunting doubts that often leave participants feeling worthless and hopeless. This shame and self-doubt can lead them to recidivate, and repeat offenders lose hope with each incarceration. Our services include: •Peer recovery coaching: Certified peer recovery coaches bring the lived experience of recovery, combined with the training and supervision, to assist others in initiating and maintaining recovery. •Substance abuse assessments: Clinical assessments are provided by a certified substance-abuse counselor, as needed, to determine a treatment plan. Counselors evaluate the severity of substance use and abuse, prioritize treatment needs, and refer persons to the most appropriate treatment provider. •Recovery community center: The Recovery Community Center is a recovery-oriented safe-haven that allows individuals to build recovery capital through peer mentoring; gives a face to recovery; and allows for an opportunity for education on successful recovery. •Telephone recovery coaching support line: A telephone support line is staffed by certified PRC's to assess, make appropriate referrals, and engage the individual in recovery services to embrace a holistic approach of building recovery.

Services Description: Pathway helps homeless individuals overcome addictive and mental disorders to become stable, financially self-sufficient and permanently housed. This is accomplished by providing three phases of substance-free, income-based recovery housing to nearly 100 participants. The entry level program "Pathway-1", has a minimum six month stay and provides structure and support to 24-men. Successful discharge criteria is defined as: Substance-free (from drugs/alcohol), Mentally Stable (compliance with goal plan) and Self-sufficient (gainfully employed and paying rent). By providing peer-driven, community-based, substance-free housing and simultaneously addressing both addictive and mental disorders, participants can build strong foundations to sustain long term recovery, prepare for healthy independent living and placement in permanent housing.
