Services Description: Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Caring Recovery Opioid Treatment Program provides medication for opioid use disorder, counseling, case management and psychiatric services to clients with opioid dependence. The fully integrated, co-occurring treatment includes services for clients with addiction and mental health issues with treatment focusing on the fundamentals of recovery, development of recovery plans and return to use prevention. Medication for opioid use disorder is utilized along with individual, group and family counseling. To be admitted to the Caring Recovery Opioid Treatment Program, clients must be dependent on an opiate drug as assessed by the program physician and nursing team. Clients will receive assessment and treatment for other addiction issues and mental health needs. Clients are engaged in treatment planning during the assessment process and review their goals and progress throughout treatment.
